What are your current goals for your site? *
Update the design. It's more than 2 years old. Make it easier for our company to update the site rather than rely on a webmaster. But it's got to be EASY! Get more traffic/visitors. Make the site more interactive. We need a way for people to order online. We want to learn more/improve our blogging skills. No clue. I have either no site or a brand new one, and don't know where to begin.

Okay, don't be alarmed here. Just because your budget can handle $1000 a month, doesn't mean that a) we're going to use it all up, or b) you're willing to overpay.

We can't possibly offer you our services or suggestions for programs if we don't know what your budget is, simply because some things can afford to be spread out over time, and other things need to be done once and never again. You obviously get more for your money when you're able to spend more, but it doesn't mean you HAVE to.

Just be honest here, and we WILL work with your budget and your needs to put together the best possible consulting and service program for you.

Yes. We'd be willing to pay for on-site consulting. No. We'd like to accomplish everything via phone and email.
Would you be interested in a comprehensive training program, with printable materials, phone consultations, and newsletters to help keep you and your business on-track? If we offered a program like this, it would last approximately 4-6 weeks, and would be handled almost entirely by email (with the exception of a weekly 20 minute phone chat to help answer your questions). *
